Meet your Trainer - Colette Curry


My own personal mission to lose weight and seriously improve my life started at the age of 25. I lost 3.5 stone and dropped from a size 16 to a size 10. That was what inspired me to become a personal trainer.

As a trainer I am passionate about helping real people get real results so that they can enjoy a happier, healthier life. My approach to training is that one size does NOT fit all. Everyone is different and we all have different goals and reasons for wanting to train. By creating bespoke, progressive plans for each client, I ensure that they get the results they are looking for.

Anyone can change their life for the better.
